Waterborne Release Coating

KWC’s water-based release coating business sector produces eco-friendly non-PE release paper products. In order to provide release paper suitable for each industry, we identify the physical properties required for each industrial product and proceed the coating without PE lamination. Unlike PE release paper which is thrown as industrial waste, KWC’s non-PE release paper is pure water-based coatings which can be recycled as paper. KWC’s non-PE release paper is being applied to industries that requires eco-friendliness.

KWC’s non-PE release paper has the same function as PE, but is a pure water-based coated eco-friendly release paper that can be recycled as paper. Release paper can be coated double-sided or single-sided with KWC’s water-based release agent. The paper can be used as a transfer paper by coating adhesion on the release side and then transferring the adhesive to another material. It has excellent functionality, heat resistance, and strength which can be applied for various industrial materials.

Features

KWC produce customized release paper with waterborne release agents tailored for general to special industries’ manufacturing process. Base paper and basis weight can be adjusted, and release force can be customized for each customer’s specifications. Several tests are conducted in order to provide stable release force.
